GRS Recruiting has partnered with a leading Packaging Equipment Distributor in their search for a Packaging Specialist/Applications Engineer to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting a growing sales team with your expertise in end-of-line and primary packaging equipment.

Serve as the technical expert for the sales team assisting with complex packaging solutions.
Work with corrugate and film-based packaging systems to optimize end-of-line production.
Provide on-site and remote support for customers ensuring the best packaging solutions are implemented.
Collaborate with sales repssome highly experienced others needing expert guidanceto drive new business.
Work from the Dallas/Fort Worth office when not traveling to customer sites.
Specialize in automation solutions including case erectors palletizers filling equipment horizontal film seal shrink wrap shrink systems and heat tunnels.

Experience in packaging equipment (end-of-line & primary).
Strong engineering skills in packaging applications.
Expertise in corrugate and film packaging solutions.
Ability to support sales teams by providing technical knowledge and customer-facing expertise.
Background in selling packaging equipment (ideal but not required).
