Packaging Operator 3

This role is responsible for operating a variety of packaging equipment and performing standardized tasks safely and efficiently to support production goals. The individual will assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving operational challenges while consistently using required safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing. They will follow operator standard work procedures to maintain packaging line Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and help ensure performance targets are met. When processes fall below OEE expectations during a shift the employee will provide feedback and support corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
• Minimal travel requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs up to 50 lbs once per day
