This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment where the primary responsibilities include packing parts and performing quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack parts according to established procedures and specifications
- Inspect products for defects damage or inconsistencies
- Perform routine quality checks to maintain high standards
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisors
Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity goals
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting of 1015 pounds with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred but not always required)
