Job Summary
Job Description:
- Support daily plant operations by troubleshooting packaging issues and resolving floor level problems
- Drive corrective actions to maintain material flow and minimize operational disruptions
- Lead cost reduction and packaging optimization initiatives
- Review and improve bulk and expendable packaging solutions
- Support new launches and engineering changes through packaging validation and implementation
- Ensure packaging designs comply with client standards and operational requirements
- Collaborate cross functionally with Operations Engineering Quality and Supply Chain
- Contribute to continuous improvement through data driven problem solving and standardization
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Packaging or other related technical area.
5-7 years of experience required.
Preferred Work Schedule: Second Shift and Onsite role
