Job Title: Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer (SAP Finance / R2R)
Worksite Location: Irving TX (Hybrid 3 days/week)

The Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer (R2R) will join the Application Managed Services team to support and optimize critical finance processes. The purpose of this role is to collaborate with Finance stakeholders to address operational challenges drive stabilization and deliver end-to-end enhancements within the Record-to-Report ecosystem. The mission is to ensure seamless system integration and continuous process improvements across the clients finance landscape.

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify business requirements address operational challenges and define reporting needs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of R2R enhancements and stabilization initiatives including requirements gathering solution design testing deployment and hypercare support.
• Drive stabilization and optimization of key finance processes including financial close allocations journal entries and intercompany transactions.
• Support financial and management reporting AR aging reconciliations and continuous process improvements across the Finance landscape.
• Coordinate SAC and Datasphere reporting solutions and ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream Finance systems.
• Collaborate across AMS project reporting and integration teams to ensure successful delivery issue resolution and operational excellence.

1. SAP Accounting 8 years of experience
2. Record-to-Report (R2R) 8 years of experience
3. Local to Irving TX (Hybrid) Required to work onsite 3 days/week

• SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (Advanced Level)
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere coordination
• Financial close allocations and journal entries optimization
• Experience within Application Managed Services (AMS) environments

The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP Finance expert with over 8 years of deep technical and functional knowledge in SAP Accounting and R2R workstreams. They possess a proactive collaborative tone necessary for bridging gaps between Finance stakeholders and IT execution teams. This individual thrives in a structured fast-paced hybrid environment and is highly capable of driving end-to-end solution deliveries and system stabilization independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with core Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements define financial reporting requirements and resolve systemic operational challenges.
• Execute the end-to-end delivery of critical R2R enhancements managing everything from initial solution design and system configuration through testing deployment and hypercare.
• Stabilize and refine high-impact financial processes including financial close tracking cross-company allocations journal entries and complex intercompany transactions.
• Partner with reporting and data integration groups to manage SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and Datasphere solutions ensuring flawless data flow to upstream and downstream systems.
