Pacific Coast Academy is a tuition-free public charter school serving transitional kindergarten through 12th grade students in San Diego Orange Riverside and Imperial Counties. Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director-Student Services the Education Specialist will support the instructional program for all students and provide academic behavioral and social intervention services to identified students. The Educational Specialist shall participate as a member of the educational team that assesses studentperformance in the areas of disability; develops assessment reports; identifies student abilities within education developmental or functional parameters; develops goals and objectives for consideration in the individualized education program (IEP) team meeting and maintains appropriate documentation and reports. All employees are expected to follow the responsibilities and procedures as delineated in the Employee selected candidate must reside in California.
