Overnight Secure Concierge (Class D)

Responsibilities:

Observe and Patrol- Conduct walking tours as an unarmed security guard.

Loss Prevention- Help prevent loss from theft of persons or property.

Monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage.

Record- Preparing Activity Reports that include the name of the guard

areas patrolled and a summary of events

Receive and record delivery of parcels and packages.

Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors guests and delivery

personnel.

Advise residents and their guests of rules and policies.

Other responsibilities as assigned.
