Overnight Kitchen Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:
We are seekingadependable and detail-oriented Overnight CommercialKitchen Cleaning Technicianto clean andsanitize commercial kitchensin restaurants schools hospitals and other foodservice facilities. Thisovernight position requiresworking independently oras part ofa team todeep clean kitchenequipment floors walls and ventilation areaswhile following safetyand sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaningof commercial kitchenequipment including grills fryers ovens hoods and exhaustsystems.
• Clean and sanitizefloors walls ceilings and food preparationareas.
• Remove grease buildupusing specialized cleaningproducts and equipment.
• Operate pressure washers steam cleaners andother commercial cleaningtools.
• Safely handle cleaningchemicals inaccordance with OSHAand company guidelines.
• Inspect work areasto ensure cleanlinessand quality standardsare met.
• Complete cleaning logsand report maintenanceor safety issuesto supervisors.
• Load unload andtransport cleaning equipmentand supplies.
• Follow company proceduresfood safety regulations and client requirements.
• Maintain a professionalappearance and positiveattitude while workingatclient locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diplomaor equivalent preferred.
• Previous commercial kitchencleaningjanitorial or industrialcleaning experience ispreferred but notrequired.
• Ability to workovernight shifts weekends and holidays asneeded.
• Ability to liftup to 50pounds and performphysically demanding tasks including bending climbingladdersand standing forextended periods.
• Reliable transportationand a validdrivers license maybe required.
• Strong attention todetail and abilityto work independently.
• Knowledge ofcommercial cleaning equipmentand safety proceduresis a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift push and pull heavyequipmentand supplies.
• Work in hot wet and greasyenvironments.
• Stand kneel bendclimb and reachthroughout the shift.
• Wear required personalprotective equipment (PPE).
