Overnight Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent you will:

• Greet register and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room key and escort instructions to Bellhop.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping dining entertainment and travel directions.
• Keep records of room availability and guests accounts.
• Computesbill collects payment and makes change for guests.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Post charges such as room food liquor or telephone to ledger.
• Make restaurant transportation or entertainment reservation and arrange for tours.
• Assist guests with deposit of guests valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box.
• Nightly bucket checks
• Able to listen and find solutions to guests problems

Qualifications :

• Experience with customer service
• Must be able to work overnight 
• Must be able to start for 8 hours
