Responsibilities:
As a member of the Maintenance Team this position will be primarily responsible for conducting minor repairs to car wash equipment property maintenance light duty construction new project start-ups and building and equipment renovations. This is a benefited full-time position with a 4-day work pay range for this position is $20.00-$30.00 per hour with anadditional$5 per hour overnight differential depending upon experience.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• One to three years of electrical welding and plumbing experience is preferred
• Good mechanic knowledge/skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Ability to work both independentlyoras a team on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to handle heavy equipment bend lift and stand for excessive periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Required tosubmitto and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening tooperatea company vehicle as required by this position
• Effective June 1 2024 seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availabilityis required tobe considered for employment
