Overnight Diesel Mechanic Culpeper, VA

Mullens Markings is looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic Overnight Shift to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks and specialized equipment. If you enjoy diagnosing problems working independently and taking pride in quality repairs wed love to hear from you.

Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM 5:00 AM

In this role youll help ensure our fleet and equipment are maintained repaired and ready for our crews and operations.

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

• Troubleshoot hydraulic electrical and brake systems

• Repair hydraulic hoses

• Complete welding and light fabrication as needed

• Perform occasional field repairs

• Keep accurate maintenance records

• Maintain a clean and safe shop

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid drivers license (CDL preferred)

• 2 years of diesel mechanic experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with diesel hydraulic and electrical systems

• Ability to work the 7:00 PM 5:00 AM overnight shift

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Experience working on pavement marking or roadway construction equipment is a plus!
