• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Arizona Drivers License.
• Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current TB Test.
• Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients families healthcare professionals and office staff.
