Event Overview:
You will be working at the Overland Expo MTN West in Loveland CO. This event is held at The Ranch Events Complex on Thursday 8/20 - Sunday 8/23. As an Event Intern at FanGate Solutions for this event you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket sales ticket operations event management and guest services. Interns will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our clients expectations and increase attendees overall experience ticket software training fostering business relationships and defusing customer issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Aid guests with accurate event and promotional information
  • Selling and/or picking up event tickets at various venues
  • Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
  • Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
  • Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
  • Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
  • Work various shows & events that promote FanGate Solutions and its clients in a positive manner
  • Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Local to The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland CO
  • Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends evenings and some holidays
  • College student majoring in sport management hospitality management park and recreation management or related fields is a plus
  • Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
  • Ticket sales experience is a plus
  • Must be neat and presentable at all times
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED

Pay and Schedule:
Pay is $15.16/hr.
Thursday August 20: 7a - 6p
Friday August 21: 8a - 6p
Saturday August 22: 8a - 5p
Sunday August 23: 8a - 3p
