A dedicated technical support resource to provide support for the OutSystems platform. This individual will be responsible for providing support for an OutSystems environment that hosts a portfolio of serval established applications as well as many active projects. This individual will interface with the project and support teams for these individual business applications to ensure to ensure that the platform and applications are maintained in a healthy addition to support responsibilities this individual will also help build and maintain internal tools to for administration of the OutSystems platform.
