Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Outsourced Project Manager to join our Project Management team.

In this role you will bridge the gap between key enterprise initiatives and client outcomes by overseeing external resource delivery and complex project lifecycles. Working closely with cross-functional teams your management of third-party vendors and project milestones ensures we deliver our service commitments with the absolute highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role you will:

• Vendor & Resource Coordination: Oversee outsourced project partners and vendors ensuring deliverable timelines budget constraints and quality metrics are met.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams external partners and client representatives to align scope expectations and status reporting.

• Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks manage project risks and implement immediate corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience in project management vendor management or outsourcing operations.

• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks third-party performance monitoring and deliverable tracking.

• Proven ability in risk management cross-functional stakeholder alignment and problem-solving.

Please note that an employees starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState Municipal Provincial Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage employees are entitled to the higher rate.
