Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an outside sales representative position sells services and products using organizational product and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying Hyspecos products/services to provide solutions that meet their needs resulting in revenue addition the position provides input and participates in the marketing market planning and technical development of products and services.
- Makes sales contacts researches customer needs and develops applications of products and services.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations and closes sales.
- Participates in sales forecasting and planning.
- Participates in the development of new products the modification of existing products and the termination of ineffective products.
- Manages technical aspects of committees and working groups.
- Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field and 5 years of field sales experience or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge of aerospace/aviation manufacturing special practices (Wichita location only).
Preferred Education and Experience
- Advanced training in sales skills.
