Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a Top 40 roofing contractor in the U.S. serving homeowners across a $70M and growing Midwest footprint. Were adding an Outside Sales Representative to our Des Moines team to help meet demand from our expanding customer base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business through canvassing referrals and storm-damage outreach
- Perform roof gutter and siding inspections for homeowners and explain available options
- Prepare and close sales contracts
- Collect customer payments
- Oversee each project from contract signing through completion coordinating with our production team

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Willingness to conduct in-person door-to-door sales calls as part of daily lead generation
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Prior experience in roofing construction or outside sales is helpful but not required
- Valid drivers license required
