Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Hyattsville MD

As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative youll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week deliver in-home presentations recommend solutions and close high-ticket sales.

What Youll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing siding windows gutters and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred not required
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus
