Outside Sales Representative, Charter Bus Service

Youll prospect open doors meet with decision-makers and turn transportation needs into great client relationships. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys building a pipeline getting out into the market and winning business.

Pay: $28 - $32/hr. dependable base pay plus sign-on bonus up to $750

What youll do

Generate your own leads and build a strong sales pipeline

Prospect by phone and in person; schedule follow-ups and sales visits

Call on schools universities churches sports teams corporate offices planners venues tour operators senior-living communities and government agencies

Meet with decision-makers present transportation solutions prepare quotes and negotiate contracts

Keep customer records and opportunities organized while delivering excellent service

What you bring

3 years of outside-sales experience

A record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills

Confidence conducting in-person sales visits

Organized follow-through and a customer-first approach

Experience in transportation hospitality travel and tourism event planning logistics staffing or corporate services is a plus
