ScaleHouse Talent is hiring a Sales Representative for an established remodeling company serving Maryland Washington DC and Northern Virginia since 2003. This is a sales and project-management hybrid for someone who wants ownership of the customer experience from the initial appointment through completion. Youll meet with the homeowner return for a second visit to close the project and remain involved until the installation is finished.

What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their remodeling needs
- Conduct the initial consultation and build a strong relationship with the homeowner
- Return for a second visit to present the project and close the sale
- Manage the customer relationship throughout the project
- Stay involved through installation to ensure the project is completed successfully
- Sell through education trust and value rather than high-pressure tactics
What It Takes
- Comfortable with a two-visit sales process and waiting until the second visit to close
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable selling high-ticket home improvement projects
- Organized and able to manage the customer experience through installation
- Willing to stay involved from the initial appointment through project completion
- Professional consultative approach to sales
