To give our Denver team the best possible foundation all new hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas Texas before returning to Colorado.

During training youll work directly with experienced Heritage leaders learn our proven sales system gain hands-on field experience and develop the skills needed to succeed once you transition back to Denver.

You must be willing and able to complete the 180-day training period in Dallas TX.

This is an active field-based role where youll work directly with homeowners and manage the customer experience throughout the restoration process.

You will:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach
• Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
• Take photos and document potential damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
• Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience

You do not need roofing experience to succeed here.
