What Makes You a Great Fit

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding and/or interest in fiber-optic cabling installation and electrical background
• Basic computer networking and home technology knowledge
• Experience using industry tools and equipment such as drills cable cutters splicers and hammer drills
• Ability to read prints and follow color-coded routing plans

• Willingness to share knowledge and support team development
• Safety-first mindset with strict adherence to safety guidelines and PPE requirements

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active hands-on work and being outdoors.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 feet and hand-climb utility poles using gaffs
• Ability to work in confined spaces including manholes
• Frequently stoop kneel crouch and work in physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends holidays and overtime when needed

Additional Requirements

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to maintain insurability under company auto insurance guidelines
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Compensation:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The hourly pay range for this position is between $22.00 - $ actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors such as: training transferable skills work experience education business needs market demands and work location.
