Outreach Coordinator

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to strengthen relationships with referral sources healthcare professionals and community partners. This role is responsible for representing the organization in the community identifying new outreach opportunities and maintaining strong professional relationships that support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is outgoing organized and self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. This position requires someone who enjoys networking coordinating events and promoting healthcare services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners

Represent the organization at networking events and community functions

Identify opportunities to develop new referral partnerships

Coordinate outreach initiatives and marketing activities

Maintain regular communication with healthcare providers and referral sources

Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent client service

Promote organizational services throughout the community

Assist with planning educational and community events

Support business development and growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Previous outreach healthcare marketing or business development experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
