We are actively hiring Outbound Sales Call Specialists / BDC Representatives at our Young Ford Ogden location. If youre a results-driven professional with a passion for customer service and sales this is a great opportunity to build your career in the automotive industry.

In this role youll work in a fast-paced call center-style environment using technology to connect with customers generate interest and set appointments for our sales team. If you have strong communication skills and a drive to succeed we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote packages special offers and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
• Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products pricing and service options
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service sales or a call center environment preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
