Responsibilities
- Evaluate diagnose and treat disorders affecting the ear nose throat head and neck.
- Perform a variety of ENT surgical procedures utilizing current evidence-based techniques.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses treatment options surgical procedures and recovery expectations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate patient-centered care.
