SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
Full-time preferred 45 days per week
Some flexibility available for the right candidate
Occasional evening or weekend community events
Approximately 78 patients per day in one-on-one sessions
On-site cash-based outpatient practice
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line
Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic techniques manual therapy therapeutic exercise and return-to-activity programming
Help establish clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies including shockwave treatment while contributing to future program growth
Mentor support staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Build relationships within the community through educational events networking and referral development
Maintain accurate electronic documentation with minimal administrative burden

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree REQUIRED
Current Iowa Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure REQUIRED
3 years of experience REQUIRED
Experience treating orthopedic conditions with confidence in return-to-activity or return-to-sport rehabilitation REQUIRED
Interest in regenerative therapies such as shockwave treatment; training will be provided
Strong orthopedic background and enjoyment treating active adults
Desire to take ownership of a program lead collaborate and keep learning
