Were seeking a compassionate and dedicatedOrtho Uro Specialist (OUS)to join our fast-paced Orthopedic & Urology Services team. Working alongside and under the supervision of an RN youll provide hands-on patient care while gaining valuable experience in specialized orthopedic and urological procedures.
- Perform traction cast care splinting and urology support
- Accurately document procedures and patient care
- Collaborate with RNs on appropriate delegation of care
- Educate patients and families on orthopedic and urological care
- Maintain supplies and assist with equipment checks and evaluations
- Complete annual OUS competencies and preceptor training
- High school diploma or GED
- Required PCT training as assigned
- BLS certification within 6 months of hire
- Strong teamwork communication and commitment to quality patient care
