Job Summary

FII USA Inc. a Foxconn Technology Group Company is seeking an ORT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) Department and ensure reliability testing is executed safely accurately and efficiently. Once a part of the team you will lead ORT Technicians coordinate testing activities and have the opportunity to display leadership and critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The ORT Supervisor will supervise ORT personnel coordinate reliability testing activities ensure equipment readiness and support engineering validation while assisting the ORT Department as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of ORT Technicians to ensure production schedules and engineering test plans are completed on time
  • Train mentor and develop ORT Technicians while providing coaching performance feedback and technical guidance
  • Assign daily workloads and monitor staffing to support production and engineering priorities
  • Oversee operation of ORT rack testing stations and environmental chambers
  • Ensure products are loaded according to chamber layouts work instructions and engineering test plans
  • Monitor chamber operation alarms temperature humidity and test status to ensure testing is performed within specification
  • Coordinate chamber setups product changeovers engineering validation builds and NPI reliability testing
  • Respond to equipment issues and coordinate troubleshooting with Test Engineers Facilities and Maintenance teams
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for test racks fixtures environmental chambers and supporting equipment
  • Review PASS/FAIL results and ensure tested products are routed accurately to the next production process
  • Support engineering investigations reliability testing and root cause analysis activities
  • Review test logs chamber data and production documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain ESD compliance safety procedures and 5S standards throughout the ORT laboratory
  • Track departmental KPIs including equipment uptime testing throughput chamber utilization and schedule adherence
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability testing efficiency and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manufacturing Quality and Facilities to resolve operational issues
  • Other Duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Technology Computer Technology Electronics Engineering Technology or related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing reliability testing ORT testing or server manufacturing
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with environmental chambers server rack testing or automated test systems preferred
  • Knowledge of server hardware Linux networking fundamentals and basic electronics troubleshooting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
  • Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
