Job Summary

Primary Function of Position

The Organization Development Specialist drives the operational execution and continuous improvement of Global Talent Management programs that support Intuitives talent. Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence leaders employees vendors and cross-functional stakeholders this role manages a broad portfolio of initiatives including onboarding leadership development executive programs talent reviews and succession planning.

Key responsibilities include program and project management operational coordination communications reporting and analytics vendor management and internal client support. Success in this role requires strong organizational analytical and stakeholder management skills with a focus on delivering scalable high-quality experiences leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools and ensuring operational excellence across talent programs.

Essential Job Duties

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of Talent Management programs and events managing planning logistics and stakeholder communication.
  • Own project plans timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent Talent Management initiatives tracking dependencies and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Oversee program operations adhere to budgets work with vendors and cross-functional partnerships to ensure efficient execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collect analyze and report on program metrics participant feedback and operational data to measure effectiveness process optimization and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and reporting that support program performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Respond to senior leader employee and stakeholder inquiries by providing timely accurate program information and guidance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology AI-enabled tools and process enhancements to improve scalability efficiency and participant experience.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner by maintaining program resources knowledge repositories communications and stakeholder support for leaders employees and external partners.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in an HR learning & design human behavior and/or education-focused role);
  • Proven ability to use data analytics and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.
  • Administrative/back-end use of LMS systems
  • Experience with event coordination/training program logistics
  • Organizational and project management skills with a focus on detailed execution
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset interested in process improvement
  • Experience presenting and facilitating small- to large-sized groups
  • Team player with the ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to all audiences
  • Experience and interest in interacting with a globally distributed multi-cultural employee population
  • Technical savvy with Excel Word PowerPoint; ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work in a team toward common goals as well as self-directed to complete individual deliverables
  • Use of web conferencing / virtual classroom software

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelors Degree (preferably in organizational development psychology instructional design HR or education)

Working Conditions

  • Available periodic evenings and some weekend hours with prior notice for program support
  • Willingness to travel to company functions and off-site trainings events; Travel <10%
  • Must be able to lift and ship program materials and supplies on a regular basis without issue. Up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Basic consulting skills
  • Experience with reporting/survey analytics software and the ability to understand and synthesize data in a meaningful way.

**Please note this role requires being onsite 3 days per week in our Sunnyvale CA office.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications.
