Order Processing Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for processing scheduling and monitoring customer orders to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

The role requires a highly organized individual who can manage repetitive daily tasks pay close attention to detail coordinate with internal departments and help resolve issues that may affect order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Schedule and coordinate orders to meet operational and delivery requirements.

Monitor order status and follow up on open items to ensure timely completion.

Work with internal departments to facilitate order fulfillment.

Review orders for completeness accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.

Communicate updates and requirements to internal stakeholders.

Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate degree bachelors degree or coursework toward a business-related degree is preferred but not required.

Experience in order processing scheduling coordination administration or customer support preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook.

Strong organizational communication and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Proactive self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
