What Youll Do as an Order Placement & Fulfillment Representative

• Answer customer phone calls and provide professional compassionate service that supports customer satisfaction and retention.
• Process customer and mail-in orders accurately and efficiently from initial receipt through shipment.
• Pick pack and ship orders accurately and on time so customers receive prompt reliable service.
• Maintain organized fully stocked shipping stations and keep inventory ready for daily fulfillment needs.
• Restock products and supplies as needed to keep fulfillment operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support an efficient positive work environment.
• Assist with special projects and other team priorities as needed.

• Experienced: 1 years of customer-facing experience and a background in warehouse picking and packing are preferred.
• Detail-Oriented: Pay close attention to order details so products are processed packed and shipped accurately.
• Dependable: Follow through on responsibilities work promptly and understand the importance of completing orders and customer requests on time.
• Organized: Keep your work area inventory and daily tasks organized to support an efficient fulfillment process.
• Capable: You have basic computer skills and can walk bend kneel and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.
• Team-Oriented: Willing to step in where needed and bring a helpful humble attitude that reflects our faith-based culture of compassion and service.
