Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders primarily via EDI ensuring accuracy in price and quantity.
- Handle manual purchase orders and customer requests for changes or cancellations.
- Manage exception handling for EDI errors and pricing disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a target response time of 48 hours for customer communications.
- 3 to 5 years of order management or sales order management experience in a customer-facing operational role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with EDI (training available for candidates with solid order management experience).
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Returns experience in a supply chain environment.
- A bachelors degree in a related field is preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered without a degree.
