Position Summary

The Order Management Representative plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely execution of the order fulfillment process. This position serves as a key liaison between customers suppliers distributors and internal teams to process orders manage order status resolve inquiries and support sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for compliance with pricing terms conditions and delivery requirements.
• Manage backlog reports and open orders within GST systems and customer portals.
• Monitor track and follow up on quote logs and open order activities.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive order status updates.
• Identify customer needs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day customer service requests and operational inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with customer Requests for Quotes (RFQs) including response preparation and documentation.
• Support order management processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments suppliers and customers to resolve order-related issues.
• Perform additional customer service administrative or operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service sales support order management business operations or a related field.
• Experience working with suppliers distributors procurement processes or order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience preparing price quotes and managing large volumes of data is a plus.
