Our growing HVAC business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as an Order Management Associate. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service-related issues and offer solutions to our Commercial Sales Offices.

Where is the work:

On-site in Fort Smith AR.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Offices nationwide

• Process customer orders and manage them throughout their lifecycle

• Answer incoming inquiries from Sales Offices regarding order changes order expedites product returns and other general inquiries

• Research and resolve any customer issues

• Work cross-functionally with sales offices product management factories finance scheduling logistics and shipping to meet customer requirements

• Proactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standard work

• Use problem solving skills to improve processes

What you will bring:

• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service inside and/or outside sales preferably in an industrial environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Must have excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

• Must show the ability to handle difficult situations while remaining professional and courteous

• Must demonstrate the ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization

• Must exhibit the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement them

• Must actively seek and apply new knowledge assimilate information quickly and contribute to a culture of learning
