Owns order entry and management process for associated :Meet attendance and production standards and follow all MCC policies and as a resource for order entry needs of the CS daily customer purchase orders into the ERP system from a variety of sources: fax e-mail or on-line accurate and complete information to internal with entry of inventory release backup order entry/file assistance support to others when in interplant POs into approved and organize required customer/order information for future reference as requested by with special projects related to customer/item data daily/weekly with driving greater EDI compliance in the order entry process through customer set up and coaching as well as ensuring clean master data between customer and MCC systems as it relates to the order entry duties as :High school education or the ability to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or the equivalent. Ability to learn business information systems. Use information system to generate and analyze customer plant data. Experience with ERP manufacturing systems is desired but not necessarily clear persuasive and passionate in the spoken and written and relevant industry experience. Exhibit professionalism and respect at all times with customer and all levels of customer and production information resulting in rational logical fact-driven problem solving.
