Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) Solution Architect to lead architecture solution design and implementation activities for a large-scale healthcare billing transformation program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ORMB architecture enterprise billing systems integrations and cloud technologies along with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

This role requires driving technical strategy governance and delivery coordination across onsite and offshore teams while ensuring scalable secure and high-performing ORMB solutions.

• Extensive experience in:
  • Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB)
  • Enterprise Billing Systems

• Strong expertise in:
  • ORMB architecture and design

  • Cloud-based solutions

  • Large-scale implementation programs

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore delivery models

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ORMB solution architecture and technical strategy
• Design scalable secure and high-performance billing solutions
• Lead architecture and technical design discussions with business and customer stakeholders
• Define integration architecture between ORMB and enterprise applications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and functional teams
• Establish architecture standards governance and best practices
• Support effort estimation roadmap planning and solution reviews
• Drive coordination between onsite and offshore delivery teams
• Ensure successful implementation aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies
• Knowledge of revenue management billing payments and customer account management processes
• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs
