Job Summary

Senior Oracle PL/SQL Data Modeler

Location: Philadelphia PA (Hybrid)

Position Type :Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Data Modeler to design develop and maintain enterprise-level data models and database solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience working with Oracle databases strong PL/SQL development skills and extensive experience with ERwin or similar data modeling tools.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain logical and physical data models for Oracle database environments.
Develop models based on analysis of business requirements working in conjunction with business analysts.
Develop and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages procedures functions triggers and SQL queries.
Use ERwin Data Modeler to create and maintain enterprise data models and database documentation.
Work with application developers architects and business teams to translate requirements into scalable database designs.
Analyze existing database structures and recommend improvements to performance scalability and data integrity.
Perform data analysis database design normalization and schema optimization.
Support database development testing troubleshooting and production implementation activities.

Qualifications:

10 years of Oracle database development and data modeling experience.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Strong hands-on experience with ERwin Data Modeler.
Extensive experience designing logical and physical data models.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts normalization indexing constraints and database performance.
Experience working with large complex enterprise databases.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience with TOAD for Oracle is a plus.
