Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Test Consultant to support scenario development test case creation and hands-on functional testing for a major ERP transformation in the utility sector.
- The consultant will work closely with business SMEs QA leadership and implementation partners to ensure high-quality end-to-end testing across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Projects Financials and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand functional requirements.
- Draft business scenarios test scripts and detailed test cases for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Execute functional integration and UAT test cycles.
- Validate integration with utility-specific systems (e.g. Cityworks MWM Primavera SharePoint).
- Perform defect logging triage and retesting using Jira or similar tools.
- Provide daily progress updates and ensure alignment with testing milestones.
- Assist with data validation conversions and reconciliation steps as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (preferably in Financials Procurement Projects Inventory).
- Strong experience writing and executing test cases scenarios and traceability.
- Solid understanding of P2P GL AP AR Project Accounting Fixed Assets Inventory and Budget processes.
- Experience working in or with water/wastewater or public utility organizations (preferred).
- Familiarity with integrations between ERP and external systems (e.g. Cityworks MWM GIS).
- Proficient with testing tools such as Jira ALM Azure DevOps qTest or similar.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
