We are seeking a highly capable Oracle EBS 12.2.15 Techno-Functional Consultant to support our Sourcing and Supplier Qualification workstream. This role requires a professional who can work directly with business stakeholders and project teams to understand requirements evaluate solution options and deliver practical outcomes aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will serve as a solution partner bridging the gap between functional business needs and technical implementation. This person should be able to analyze requirements identify the right Oracle EBS approach and coordinate with both functional and technical teams to drive efficient delivery.
Role Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather clarify and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical solution options.
Support Oracle EBS processes related to Sourcing and Supplier Qualification.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements to system design.
Prepare and review functional specifications solution documents and process flows.
Support testing issue resolution and user validation activities.
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely progress and resolution of open items.
Provide proactive recommendations to improve process efficiency and solution quality.
Desired Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS
Solid understanding of Contract Sourcing and Supplier Qualification processes.
Proven ability to operate in a techno-functional capacity.
Experience working directly with business users and delivery teams.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide solutions rather than just execute tasks.
Experience in implementation enhancement or support engagements within Oracle EBS.
