Certification needed: Not mandatory but good to have Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS or FCCS
Must Have Skills:
Oracle EPM ARCS
Oracle EPM FCCS
Oracle EPM Narrative Reporting
Nice to have skills:
Other EPM modules
Detailed Job Description:
Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS FCCS and Narrative Reporting.
Support month-end quarter-end and year-end financial close activities.
Investigate and resolve production incidents service requests and application performance issues.
Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and work with L3 team for implementing the fix.
Troubleshoot data load failures reconciliation issues consolidation errors and reporting failures.
Support security user provisioning workflow and approval process issues.
Monitor and support integrations between Oracle ERP EPM and external systems.
Maintain support documentation SOPs and knowledge repositories.
