ROLEDESCRIPTION:
Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace Splunk log management and ServiceNow incident/change management.
Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections firewalls routing IAM policy design and security patch upgrades.
CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools deployment pipelines and operational script automation.
Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident Problem and Change Management).
