The Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Analyst will have strong hands-on expertise in Benefits Absence Management and Core HR along with advisory knowledge of Payroll and Time & Labor. This role will play a critical part in maintaining operational stability improving configuration quality directly supporting benefits absence and core HR processes and advising on payroll and time-related impacts across the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll & Time and Labor
  • Benefits Absence & Core HR Direct Support
  • Directly configure and support Core HR Benefits and Absence Management modules while advising on Payroll and Time & Labor configuration dependencies and impacts.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas and User Defined Tables supporting benefits eligibility rates absence processing core HR business rules and related payroll or time dependencies.
  • Act as Tier 2/3 functional support for Benefits Absence Management and Core HR issues while providing advisory support for payroll and time-related impacts.
  • Analyze and resolve complex application issues involving benefits absence eligibility employee data approvals configuration reporting integrations or downstream payroll dependencies.
  • Support incident management root cause analysis corrective actions preventative controls and audit readiness for owned functional areas

Requirements:

  • 5 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience.
  • Strong hands-on functional expertise in Core HR Benefits Administration Absence Management Fast Formulas and User Defined Tables.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Payroll and Oracle Time & Labor with ability to advise on configuration dependencies downstream impacts testing and issue resolution.
  • Experience directly supporting benefits administration and Open Enrollment including eligibility rates deductions life events enrollment processing and downstream impacts.
  • Experience supporting Core HR configuration worker lifecycle transactions assignment data organizations jobs journeys locations and employee data integrity.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures assignment data worker lifecycle events configuration frameworks security considerations and integration dependencies.
  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM quarterly releases and regression testing.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits absence core HR payroll or time-related processes.
