Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salaryof $140000 to $150000 per annum with incentive opportunity available.
- Sign-on bonus of $10000available.

What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose manage and treat a variety of ocular conditions and visual disorders.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and other vision-related treatments.
- Identify and manage eye diseases referring patients for specialty care or surgical intervention when appropriate.
- Educate patients on eye health preventive care and the relationship between vision and overall health.
- Collaborate with Valley Healths multidisciplinary care teams to support coordinated patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate documentation within our Epic EMR system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and access to vision care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program.
- Current West Virginia optometry license or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia.
- Strong clinical diagnostic and interpersonal skills.
