The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will deliver comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient base supported by an experienced staff that keeps your day running smoothly. What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular conditions

• Manage a schedule of 20 patients per day from primary to quick follow ups

• Providing your recommendations to the team to fit eyewear and contact lenses

• Review diagnostic testingauto refractions visual fields OCT fundus photos and tonometryprepared by your workup team

• Educate patients on eye health treatment options and preventive care

• Collaborate with front-desk and optical staff to ensure seamless patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution

• Active unrestricted New York State optometry license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Proficiency in comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic interpretation

• Eligibility to work in the United States independently without the need for sponsorship

Location & Work Model

On-site in the Grand Concourse / Fordham neighborhood of the Bronx NY. Commuting is easy with train and bus access plus nearby parking garages. Youll be surrounded by hundreds of shops boutiques specialty finds and the world-famous Bronx Zoowith Manhattans nightlife and museums just minutes away.

Compensation

• $700$1200 per day (average) based on schedule and experience
