Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding optical care and service to a high-end patient base
• Assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear to match their style and vision needs
• Perform fittings adjustments repairs and measurements with precision
• Collaborate with the in-house lab to ensure quality craftsmanship (lab experience a plus)
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in both appearance and conduct

Requirements:

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
• Skilled in all facets of optical dispensing including lens selection frame styling and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong professional communication skills
• Polished business-professional presentation
• Previous lab experience strongly preferred
• Adaptable and willing to travel between offices as business needs require
