An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Lab Technician to join a high-end patient-focused private optical practice in Manhattan. This role is dedicated to lab work only and requires the ability to float between three locations in New York City (Manhattan area). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in an optical lab be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finish lab work only edging mounting and assembling eyewear to prescription specifications
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure all tools are in proper working order
• Quality-check all finished eyewear for accuracy and craftsmanship
• Float between three practice locations as needed
• Maintain inventory and order lab supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $30.00 based on experience
