Job Description:
- In this role you will collaborate with a team of scientists and engineers to predict and improve system-level performance of products and prototypes.
- Using internally developed simulation toolsincluding an existing display emulation codebase in MATLAByou will analyze results to directly enhance product and prototype performance while improving the codebases maintainability efficiency and capabilities.
- Code refactoring in IQToolbox.
- Use simulation tools to model end-to-end performance of display systems.
- Report analysis of these simulations to establish specifications for these display systems and ensure a successful product.
- Collaborate with the larger research team to explore concepts and drive system performance to create compelling experiences.
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep proficiency in MATLAB.
- Signal and image processing knowledge.
- Experience with source control.
- Strong software development skills.
- Experience with Python.
- BS in Engineering Physics Optics Computer Science Color Science Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
