OPS Student Assistant Graphic Designer

• Currently enrolled as a University of Florida student.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of typography layout color and graphic design principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

• Design signage posters banners displays and other print materials.
• Create and edit layouts using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Prepare artwork and files for printing and production.
• Assist with event materials publications promotional graphics and other design projects.
• Make revisions based on feedback and follow established UF and DCP brand standards.
• Help organize design files and project assets.

Up to 20 hours per week with scheduling flexibility around classes.

$15/hr

• Currently enrolled as a University of Florida student.

• Basic understanding of typography layout color and graphic design principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience designing for print signage or large-format graphics.
• Familiarity with preparing files for professional printing.

Students from graphic design visual communication advertising architecture digital arts and related programs are encouraged to apply.

Please provide at least five examples of your design workshowing experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator.

Examples may be submitted as a link to an online portfolio or as a PDF. Class projects personal projects freelance work and professional work are all welcome.
