We are hiring an Ophthalmic Assistant to support the departments eye care practices. This role is responsible for assisting with patient care functions including pre-testing for appointments performing various diagnostic tests and supporting providers in delivering quality patient care. No prior optical experience required!

What Youll Do

• Work 40 hours each week
• Monday - Fridays Days
• No weekends or holidays
• Location: Decorah IA
• Opportunities to assist at all Emplify optometry locations includingViroqua La Crosse Onalaska Tomah Waukon Decorah Prairie du Chien Black River Falls Whitehall Winona Wabasha Sparta Hillsboro and Friendship
• Provide a quality optical experience to our patients and guests

What Youll Need

• High school diploma or equivalency
• At least 6 months customer service and/or public relations experience
