Operator Bag Machine

• Safley sets up operates and monitors bag machinery and equipment as intended and needed to meet customer and production goals.
• Completes bag machine setup for production runs including loading materials adjusting settings and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Monitors the production process inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
• Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.
• Trains and provides guidance to machine assistants and new crew members.
• Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping storage staging and cleanliness requirements.

• Completes all necessary documentation for internal or external use.
• Effectively works with other departments or team members such as machine technicians supervisors and quality control inspectors to coordinate production activities and address any potential issues as they arise.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal written and presentations) with executive leadership staff and internal and external clients.
